The varsity girls lacrosse team season is coming to an end. Their record is 1-6, losing 6 games so far. The girls are not upset though, they worked and trained so hard since November.

An honorable mention and example of hard work is senior Izabella Kleinfeldt, who scores an average of 4 goals per game.

On Thursday, April 29, 2022, the team celebrated their senior night! There are a total of 4 seniors on the team. The whole event was very special to the seniors and younger classmen.

Senior captain Morgan Najm, a midfielder, said “Lacrosse has been a big part of my high school experience, it’s allowed me to meet some of the best people! All of our games have been fun and the communication our team has really shows on the field. We recently had our senior night and it was one of the best nights! I was so lucky to be a part of the team! This team will be in my heart forever!”

This is a close group of girls on the team. Especially the seniors. As the season comes to an end, they are still practicing hard and are enjoying their final time together as a team.
