The varsity Poms team take second place at City on Jan. 19, at Corliss High School.

“Very proud of this year’s team! We didn’t bring home first, but we did give one of our best performances. With the amount of time we practice every day (3 hours for six days a week), the amount of ‘do it again, not good enough,’ the amount of times I shout ‘full out’ makes me so proud of this team. They did it with their heads up high. They should be proud of themselves and the team. Thank you girls for a great season – taking second place – and you will always be the best team I will coach,” said Coach Jacquelyn Alunan.
