The Taft’s tennis team is getting ready to rack up many wins this upcoming season.

Head coach Justin Yesensky is enthused to get the season started. He and the team are ready to put in all the hard work that is necessary to pull off the great season they plan to have.

“I am so siked to have the team back together. We have practices everyday so we are mentally and physically prepared to hopefully win all our matches. I am really looking forward to the season,” said Yesensky.

One of the team players Artur Gromek is happy to have the team back together and kick off their season on a good note.

“I am looking forward to this new season. I have practiced very hard over the year and improved significantly. I can’t wait to compete again and win,” said Gromek.

The team’s first game will be Mar. 20 against Jones at Jones High School at 4 p.m.
